Cannot believe that I just missed such an important call.......from the President of Capella Universitys Harold Abel School of Social and Behavioral Sciences where I am studying for my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I reached out to my academic team about some struggles in have had lately and they reached out to him. He called and left a message that was very encouraging and told me he would contact me tomorrow to see what he can do to get my studies back online. I think this is awesome for a President to reach out to a student. I have struggled with my health in the last few classes and want so bad to bring my grade back to a 4.0 or at least a 3.5. In order to stay in the school, I have to keep a 3.0.....and I will not fail. It is good to know that a university will do what is needed to see the success of its students!!!
