Cant disagree with the manager based on the fact that we only see the middle of the conversation that occurred. From him immediately using profanity. I can only assume that their was quite a bit going on beforehand that leads to management being called in the first place. If an elderly or young customer was cussing incessantly at my people for simply not getting their way, Id ask him/her to leave too.
