Cant get used to the time change, woke up at 3:30 am and been up every since. Well, to keep me busy I dug out a cookbook published in 1904 to find a recipe for puff pastry. Then I made some chicken pot pies from scratch. Also made a couple of chocolate cheesecakes with a mocha crust. Had to make some sugar cookies first for the base of the crust but I think they came out pretty good. The Cheesecakes were made for my Angels as I think they deserved a special treat this week. Hope they enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. I even shared some of the Chicken potpies. Of course I made a few extra cookies for me a little dessert. Ive really been enjoying learning to use the kitchen aid I got from one of my angel. Its been a long day but a good one. Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday evening as much as I am. Christmas movies and sugar cookies. Yeah. You all have a good Night
