Cant shake off the image of those two little angels from earlier at work. Things gone bad to good to worse then ok then eventually tragedy. It was a known preterm case, which went good coz the baby was delivered alive and seemingly well, until the placenta wont fall off, which later revealed another baby to deliver. It was my first time to deliver twins, got me excited. But then my IV insertion prowess came upon judgement, in which I proved good (thankfully). But as hours passed, they just didnt survive. We did our best to save those little girls, but harsh realities are too hard to ignore. I was almost close to tears when I uttered my prayer of blessing for them earlier.
