#CapitalNewsBit West Budama MP Fox Odoi, has been sued for breach of contract. Odoi was dragged to the commercial court by Picfare Industries for alleged breaching a consultancy agreement, which cost the firm US $ 100,000. Picfare Industries assert that on 14th March this year, it appointed Odoi as a consultant to secure plots 45-51 along Nasser road within 90 days. Picfare Industries deposited US $ 100,000 on the MPs account in Standard Chartered Bank. Pick fare says MP Odoi failed to deliver as agreed and instead issued them ten cheques in an attempt to recover the money. The company claims the cheques were dishonoured because of insufficient funds on Odoi’s account. He has been given ten days to file his defense.
