Captain Paul Watson The Sam Simon Flag In honour of our wonderful benefactor Sam Simon one of our supporters designed a Sam Simon flag. It’s really a Bart Simpson flag in recognition of Sam as a producer of The Simpsons. The Sam Simon is scheduled to dock at Circular Quay in Sydney at the end of August after a voyage up from Williamstown in Victoria. The Sam Simon will remain in Sydney until the beginning of Operation Relentless, the 10th campaign to the Southern Ocean to intercept the illegal poaching activities of the Japanese whalers in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary. By the way, I am not interested in criticisms and comments from pro-whalers. If you post a pro-whaling comment on this page you will be banned. This is not a forum for opposing views. I would no more allow the posting of a pro-whaling comment than I would allow the postings by people who are engaged in or support serial killing, child molestation, rape and genocide. Sea Shepherd does not engage in debates over the ethics of whaling. To us it is murder and as such there is no cultural or moral justification for it.
