Car Prowling Investigation - Property Recovery We are seeking to return a significant amount of property to the rightful owners after arresting three men in connection with several car prowlings. The suspects were arrested at approximately 2:30 a.m., on Monday, April 28, 2014, by members of District 7. It’s alleged their crimes included dozens of car prowlings in the communities of Sage Hill, Kincora, Nolan Hill and Evanston. Property, including GPS devices, electronics, fishing equipment, sunglasses and tools, were all recovered and much of it has been returned to the owners. Some of the possessions, however, have not been reported as stolen and, therefore, remain in police care. Investigators are asking anyone who believes they were the victim of a car prowling in Sage Hill, Kincora, Nolan Hill and Evanston on the evening of Sunday, April 27 and early Monday, April 28, 2014, to contact Const. Ryks or Const. Bryce at 403-567-6700, to collect their property. It’s important to note, each of the vehicles where property was stolen was unlocked at the time. We are reminding Calgarians to always lock their car doors at night and to remove all valuables. Charged in connection with this case are Tyriel Luc Beckford, 22, Raymond Bennett, 23, and Angelo Bruno Viscusi, 26, of Calgary. Each faces multiple counts of trespassing, theft under and possession of break-in instruments.
