Car in for a service today so dropped it off here and went for a bike ride. Rode down London Road to the Shaws Arms and caught the Preston Guild Wheel. I went anticlockwise this time. Completed it in under 2 hours with an average speed of 17.9kph. Decided to go through to Houghton and up through Brindle, then to Clayton -le-Woods. Got onto the Cuerden Park trail through to Bamber Bridge then on the old Tram track into Preston, through the City centre and back to pick my car up. Stats for the whole journey; 59k averaging 17.3kph with a vertical of 309m. May need a massage tonight Sarah
