Cardiff 0-0 Villa – FT: Villa will be left wondering just how they didn’t find a winner after dominating the second half at the Cardiff City Stadium. Bluebirds keeper David Marshall made two world class saves to keep the visitors at bay. He brilliantly tipped behind Fabian Delph’s drive which took a wicked deflection off Steven Caulker. And in stoppage time Marshall somehow scooped substitute Andreas Weimann’s effort over the bar just as the Austrian seemed destined to slot home Ashley Westwood’s pass. Gabby Agbonlahor also missed a great opportunity, firing off target after meeting Christian Benteke’s majestic back-heel flick.
