Care Assistant Applicants must have a passion for care, be flexible and live in or around the boroughs of Runnymede, Spelthorne and Elmbridge, to allow for ease of travel from house to house. Job Description for the Care Assistant: - To carry out the tasks, that may be carried out by a close friend or relative, but in a trained, professional and knowledgeable way. - To be aware of the needs and requirements of customers. - To communicate successfully with the customer and other stakeholders, such as family, friends and other healthcare professionals. - To adhere to specific instructions and the policies and procedures of the company. - Responsibility to alert the supervisor of any changes or causes for concern in the customer’s condition.
