The role of the Fill Associate is to carry out the replenishment of stock across all departments in store to ensure the right stock, is in the right place, at the right time. There is currently availability for candidates available through the day from 8am, afternoons, evenings until 11pm and Weekends. Key responsibilities include: • Filling and maintaining the presentation of stock during and after trading hours, ensuring that stock is not damaged • Performing Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) tagging processes • Implementing Action Aisle End Cap (AAEC) changes in a timely manner • Ensuring all security procedures are followed to reduce theft and fraud within the Nightfill area • Carrying out stock rotation procedures • Breaking down pallet loads • Working cooperatively in a team environment • Ensuring a safe environment for customers, employees and visitors • Participating in activities that promote a customer lead culture of “our customer, my customer” • Ensuring stock is filled according to company standards in order to exceed customers expectations and maximise sales • Focusing on minimising shrinkage in all day-to-day activities To be considered for this role you need to be able to meet the following selection criteria: • Providing a safe environment for customers, employees and visitors • Capacity to work in a physically demanding role • The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment • The ability to work cooperatively within a team If you have the energy, edge and ideas that will shape the future of our business for years to come then we want to hear from you! https://career10.successfactors/career?career_ns=job_listing&company=Woolworths&navBarLevel=JOB_SEARCH&rcm_site_locale=en_GB&career_job_req_id=35017&jobPipeline=Indeed
