Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) • Male max. 35 years old • Min. 3 years Sales & Marketing experiences in the hotel industry in a similar role. • Fluent in written and oral English • Meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and good communication skill • Aptitude to work independently and self-directed with structured reporting abilities • Proactive and results driven • Ability to work with a team locally and remotely • Capacity to train, support, mentor and manage a small sales team • Understanding of operational requirements, benchmarks, and yield management 3.
