Caring for the Kunkels BENEFIT DINNER AGENDA: 4:00 p.m. - Doors open and shopping can begin for the silent auction (over 200 amazing items have been donated!) 4:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. 5 Bs BBQ will be served in the gym - both dine-in and take out meals available. Most have purchased advanced dinner tickets (1200 sold), but 250 meals will be available for purchase at the door. Ample seating available in Helmars beautiful Family Life Center! 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Live acoustic bluegrass background music 5:00/6:00/7:00 p.m. - Few words will be shared from the Kunkel family via Pastor Luke Emerson in the gym/dining area 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Golf Cart Raffle tickets are available for $20 each at the benefit dinner. Tickets also sold at the Newark July 4th Celebration and the Lisbon Labor Day Parade. Raffle will occur on Labor Day in Lisbon and the winner need NOT be present to win. 6:10 p.m. - Live Auction of a few of the donated items - compliments of Auctioneer Richard Olson 7:00 p.m. - Bidding on the silent auction is over 7:30 p.m. - (or whenever people are done eating) Many hands make light work....feel free to stay and help us put Helmar Church back in order. We are so grateful for their incredible hospitality for this event.
