We waited 9 mins for our server, when he came we noticed that he was the guy smoking that we passed on the way in. He was pleasant and apologized. But then our food was terrible, our drinks tasted like soap, and they everything we initially ordered they were out of. My husband did not want to tip but I insisted on 15% because I have worked in a restaurant before. His service was not great, but he was nice. Any thoughts?
