Carlos Miller posted this video last night. And it was also interesting because just last night I had Jimmy Kimmel on, and they did something similar. I was working on the computer and not completely watching, but Kimmel sent someone out on the street in LA wearing a ridiculous police uniform. He had sergeant stripes on his sleeves and general stars on his collar. On the place on his belt where a cop would normally have a gun, this guy had a bottle of water. Anyway, the fake policeman was stopping people and getting them to do ridiculous things and telling them the had to have a permit to take a picture and that it was illegal to talk on a cell phone and walk on the sidewalk at the same time.
