Carmelo Anthony turned in a performance for the ages last night, scoring a career-high and franchise-record 62 points on an efficient 23-for-35 shooting night. Anthony added 13 rebounds to his 62 points, which broke the Knicks franchise record for most points scored in a game, eclipsing the 60 that Bernard King scored on December 25, 1984. Anthony also surpassed Kobe Bryants Madison Square Garden scoring record of 61 points, set on February 2, 2009. It also should be noted that Carmelo had 62 points and 0 Turnovers. That has never been done.
