Carolina is doing really good. She received her blood transfusion - TopicsExpress

Carolina is doing really good. She received her blood transfusion on Friday. Friday night, she felt good enough to go eat and go to Walmart. Saturday, we spent the day at Jekyll Island. Her energy lasted the entire day. Sunday morning, she woke up for church with no problem. I have several specific prayer requests: 1) Carolina has 6th Nerve Palsy in her left eye. We are praying that this is caused by inflammation from her Proton radiation, that she completed at the end of April. Carolina will go back to the eye Dr. on Wednesday, for another checkup and then possibly have a MRI. 2) Carolina to not have any fever. Anything over 101, and we have to take her to the hospital for antibiotics. 3) Carolinas blood counts to go back up to a good level. 4) Her energy level to increase. 5) Her immune system to grow stronger. This obviously will help her fight off viruses and colds. 6) Carolinas main side effect can be nausea and just feeling bad. Pray for this to be minimized and not be a problem. Another prayer request and praise involves Carolina starting school next Monday. We are stepping out by faith, and she will start 2nd grade at Trinity. Carolina is so excited. Tabitha and I have some concerns about how well she will be able to keep up, but I have a BIG God and He does BIG things. So we will trust, we will hope, we will BELIEVE!! Keep praying! BELIEVE!!
