“Cascadia” - Ecological Secession? Haven’t found anything - TopicsExpress

“Cascadia” - Ecological Secession? Haven’t found anything to post up on Harp Seal clubbing for Green Peace in awhile…. but I thought I might drop a blurb about the “Cascadia” idea for secession based on eco-concerns. That’s like Harp Seal Clubbing for Greenpeace! In short… to use ecological concerns as a reason to foster secession, should concern people with ecological interests. Basically, such is firstly a subversion in many ways to efficient progress… especially when you make ecological integration a limited facet within a geographical confine. Then… yet further beyond the political ramifications and potential limitations placed upon the previous ecological concern of developmental progress and integration in the larger sense…. (alienating people politically that will otherwise easily transition with growing ecological priorities).....you end up with the “three eyed fish” in the middle. On one side, you have the wonderful green flag etc…. and just across the polluted river, you have then the continued direction of (then amplified), the “old” inefficiencies…. still polluting…. but the fish in the river is still mutating. Politically further, the “eco-territory” will become a haven for people that jump from fad to fad. I can understand sensationalism. I can understand a want to solidify certain concerns. I can even see the long shot idea of secession, declaration of war and immediate surrender in hopes of forcing greater ecological compliance via the “mouse that roared” approach to the Geneva convention… but again, even that sensationalism imparts a grotesque limitation. I personally hope someone understands the centuries old potential result of such a political tool and direction. It is very much a danger to the benefits of developmental progress and efficient innovation/integration of our growing knowledge concerning ecology... which benefits everyone within the context of efficiencies. “This side politically correct ecology” and “that side bad guy polluter” is a really huge backslide for everything concerned…. Geographical political limitations concerning ecology, seems a bit precarious to me. The idea is to efficiently make everything better and more sustainable as integration and development…. unless I just woke up in another vortex fueled reality smear?
