Case Manager (Annapolis, MD) compensation: 35,000 - 40,000 non-profit organization The Light House, Anne Arundel Countys Homeless Prevention Support Center is currently seeking an experienced full time Case Manager. The Case Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of case management experience in a residential setting working with emergency shelter placement and homeless population is a plus. Applicant must possess the ability to work with both individuals and families to assess needs, develop/implement service plans and monitor progress during their stay. The Case Manager must also have strong documentation, experience with mental health and addictions and be able to develop relationships and collaborate with local community resources. Knowledge of HMIS and Trauma Informed Care is a plus. Case Manager must also be a team player who loves the work and willing to work in a fast paced environment. No Phone calls please.
