Casey is beautiful, already spayed, has an AVERAGE rating and needs a foster or adopter tonight! A volunteer writes: Pristine Casey was found in the unlikely company of Shadow, an older Rottie/Shepherd and brought to the Manhattan Care Center. Their owner unfortunately did not come for them and they are now looking for a new master or family. Casey has been very well cared for. She is beautiful, healthy looking and wears a well groomed and silky marble cake coat. She has sweet dark eyes that give her a very soft gaze. She is a little shy but sociable and needing comfort. She comes on the lap for hugs and kisses, human warmth. Casey seems to have been loved as a pet and was not a yard dog. Once she trusted me, few treats helping, Casey started to play ball, running and jumping after the ball and bringing it back to my feet. Someone must have been playing with her once upon a time. She can sit and stay on command. Casey seems to have lived with Shadow and at the care center, is friendly toward other dogs that she welcomes with a low wagging tail. Casey is a manicured little girl, gentle, well behaved and playful. She is already spayed and would make a wonderful companion to the one who will appreciate her inner and outer beauty. Casey is waiting, hopeful.
