Cat Owners: My kitty Sweeneys eye is all healed from the injury he had, but it brought out his latent FIV herpes virus. Last night, his eye was squinty and drippy and he was sneezing, and I thought--OH NO, not an eye infection again! But it only lasted a few hours, and today hes fine. Totally symptom-free. The vet said the virus comes ad goes in varying degrees. Or maybe its an allergy, because it didnt last long. Anyone have experience with FIV?
