Cat World Adoption Updates: Update - 7/24/14 - Libby (Morgaines) We just arrived home with Libby....she is settling in great. We have her set up in my daughters bedroom for the first day or 2 so she can feel at home before she meets the rest of the crew......so far so good. We love her so much The gals who drove her to us were great; they got teary when they said good bye to her--my kind of people.... Thank you for making this such a smooth experience. Ill keep you posted on how things go in the next few days. Linda Update - 7/23/14 - Maddie (blind, Morgaines Place) Maddie is a wonderful cat. She really is loving. Shes gotten use to so many new things. Not only that, but she gets a round the house like a pro! She loves to be petted and get treats. She also gets to see the kitten once a day. shes getting use to him. She gets treats everyday. and when she hears the treat bag crunch she takes off running. haha. She also likes to go outside (on supervised walks on a harness). Sometimes if I dont go outside, shell sit at the door and wait for me. Update - 7/24/14 - Ivan - Jills Diner I was thinking of you and wanted to let you know that Ivan is doing very well. He has become buddies with Petey, who is a year older than he is. Ivan is healthy, active, bright, and curious here in this, his forever home. I just wanted to thank you again for helping me adopt him! Thanks, Kathy Update - 7/25/14 - Pinto (Quincy House) The girls and I arrived safely to MN at 3 am. 2 nites in Colorado where the cats had separation , and I spent time with each one, was really helpful. So far so good with the little one....but Tyra is not happy and doing hissing / growling reactions , so Ive had Pinto in her own room until I can do some integration training. Tyra is happy to be home so Im letting her have the run of the house until I gradually introduce Pinto to Tyras territory. Gonna go to the library later to look for cat training books. Any advice or articles you can email would be great. She is such a sweet , loving girl .... :) She slept with me in Colorado and was such a snuggle bug. And she has eaten everything Ive given her! More updates later! Ive changed her name 5 times so maybe I will decide on a new name by the time I email again. Talk soon, Kris ~ Susan
