Ingredients: 1 x125g fillet steak 1/4 med size cauliflower Large handful green beans - ends removed 1 tablespoons 5% fat cream cheese 1 tablespoons tomato relish Method: In a small saucepan place 1 cup chicken stock and cauliflower. Cook steak for 3 min on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove and rest 2-3 min Serve steak on cauliflower mash and beans with Tomato relish
