Cauliflower pizza crust! Step 1: preheat over to 400° then cut up cauliflower into small pieces making 8cups total then use a food processor to make Cauliflower rice. Step 2: boil cauliflower rice in a large pan with about an inch of water in the bottom for 5 minutes. Stirring every minute. Step 3: drain cauliflower. I lay a paper towel down to absorb extra water. Step 4: place cauliflower back in dry pan then using a thin CLEAN dish towel squeeze cauliflower to get the rest of the liquid out. Youll be surprised just how much water is left. Step 5: add 2 eggs, some spices such as garlic and oregano and a half cup of soft goat cheese. Mix together really good. Dont be scared to get your hands dirty! Step 6: Lay parchment paper down on your pan. I used aluminum foil cause I was out of the good stuff but trust me you want to use parchment paper. Spread dough on the paper and shape. I like my crust about an inch think. Bake for 35-40min Step 7 add toppings and the possibilities are endless. I try to keep it as healthy as possible since it is cauliflower pizza. Why work so hard to make this beautiful healthy crust just to cover it in unhealthiness. ;) Bake for another 10 min Tip: I use homemade salsa for my pizza sauce! Let cool then enjoy!
