Causes me to scratch my head - The state elections are on today, and you have 2 chunks of paper to mark with a pencil (NOT a pen). - Electronic voting is supposedly too risky and prone to errors and hackers manipulating the results. The results would be virtually instantaneous at the end of polling. - Marking numbers on sheets of paper with pencils (I guess they frisk the polling stations attendants to ensure they have not brought any erasers into the building?) cannot be manipulated or miscounted? The counting can take up to a week when the results are close.
