Cayenne Pepper- making bland meals more exciting for me on a daily basis! Dont get me wrong, I really enjoy most of my meals. But plain white fish/chicken with greens just isnt my favourite one lol. I highly recommend it if you like your food spicy, especially if you are following a diet plan & looking for a little extra flavour in some of your meals :) Also has some health/metabolism boosting benefits: The active ingredient in cayenne pepper is the compound capsaicin, which is responsible for most of its benefits as well as its spiciness.
