Ceeds of Peace Workshops Planting the critical Cs of Peacebuilding at home, in school and in our communities Ceeds of Peace workshops provide a 360° approach to transforming communities by creating safe and thriving homes and schools. Workshops bring together teachers, families and community members to gain skills in supporting children and youth to be leaders in effective peacebuilding. Peacebuilders possess the critical “câ€eeds necessary to tackle our communities’ most challenging issues. Critical “câ€eeds include: Complex problem solving, Critical thinking, Compassion, Creativity, Collaborative leadership, Courage and Community. Participants will leave the workshop series with Action Plans for their homes, schools or classrooms or Peace Portfolios for curriculum integration. Morning sessions will involve interactive panel discussions with national and local leaders. In the afternoons, participants will work in small group on their Action Plans. Participation is both workshops is highly encouraged to ensure completion of Action Plans. Please join us! Space is limited.
