Cellulite Treatments Great Range of Cellulite - TopicsExpress

Cellulite Treatments Great Range of Cellulite Treatments There is a wide range of cellulite treatments available, and what you choose will largely depend on your philosophy of life, the degree of cellulite you suffer from, and your budget! What I mean by philosophy of life is, to what degree are you going to allow cellulite dictate your level of comfort? Some cellulite treatments are very invasive, and carry a high risk level for both discomfort, and even disfigurement. Others are not so invasive, but still painful, and at the most pleasant end of the spectrum, there are some very effective cellulite treatments that are totally non invasive, inexpensive and a joy to experience. Some people choose the most invasive cellulite treatments in a desperate bid to get results fast. Unfortunately they do sometimes get more than they bargained for. Surgery such as liposuction can have very unpredictable results, is costly and uncomfortable. There are some treatments that fall half way between skin treatments and surgery. More Drastic Measures Injections with various substances to try and stimulate the cells to give up their unsightly load, have had variable success over the years. However, new and more advanced methods are being discovered all the time. Mesotherapy, for example, is getting a good press at the moment. Mesotherapy works by injecting conventional or homeopathic medication, and even vitamins or other nutrients, under the skin with the use of a very fine type of syringe. The substances are delivered to the mesoderm, or middle layer of skin, and there they deliver their healing or corrective action to the specific area of the body that needs it. Mesotherapy is a viable cellulite treatment if the correct substances are used. This type of cellulite treatment can be successful because it stimulates lymph drainage, helps to dissolve fatty deposits and tissue sludge, removes fibrotic tissue and improves blood flow. However, mesotherapy is likely to be among the more expensive cellulite treatments, and because it is invasive, carries with it a degree of risk. It makes sense, if you suffer from cellulite, to begin with the cheaper, easier-to-apply cellulite treatments, such as seaweed wraps for example, and see if they give you results you desire before moving on to the use of more drastic procedures.
