Centrum sources practically all of their ingredients from China. Their formulas are based on the most inferior raw suppliers you can imagine. Most of the ingredients are not natural and they are chemically sourced. Thats too be expected considering they are owned by Pfizer, so they dont have an interest in increasing the health of the population based on vitamins anyway. Pfizer has a history of health care fraud in its products. The inferior absorbability and ineffectiveness of the Centrum brand is well known in the natural health industry, especially in comparison to medium to high-end brands. Their formulas also typically contain contain corn syrup, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, food starch, corn starch, aluminum, propylene glycol and lots of other nasty chemicals. Please dont ever purchase Centrum for your supplement needs, because even a placebo would work better. But they make great commercials...well give them that.
