Certainly not. He is a north Indian; Rao was south Indian. Manmohan is a darling of madam; Rao was person non-grata for the family. Manmohan will be given due honour as he is always indebted to the family and the family is indebted to Manmohan for keeping the seat warm for Yuva Raj. Rao was not indebted to the family and was a master of his own. He ran the delicate administration deftly though without scandals.
