Cest le weekend. Fantastique! Notre soupe aujourdhui est quelque chose delicieux. Enough. Soup - our old favourite of sweet potato, root ginger, star anise & red lentil - both vegan & g/f, served with our own granary bread (vegan but not g/f). Roasted cauliflower & mature cheddar Guinness rarebit, roasted cauliflower mixed with our mature cheddar Guinness rarebit, topped with sliced apple and served on our toasted homemade granary bread with our own chutney. Rauberhackbraten hearty German picnic plate, German (bacon wrapped) meatloaf (made with local minced beef (North East Fife) & minced pork (Carnoustie), mushrooms, red peppers, smoked bacon & lots more!!) served with German potato salad (with boiled eggs, gherkins, mayonnaise & more) & our homemade toasted granary. Roasted red pepper & carrot & butterbean dip, (topped, if you’d like) with natural yoghurt & nigella seeds served with warmed Khobez flatbread. All of the mains today are served with our salad, our toasted seeds & our scrumptious dressing. Cakes will include Norwegian apple cake, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate finger brownies, banana chocolate cake with an artistic chocolate ganache drizzle on top, Victoria sandwich, lemon drizzle muffins, fruit scones and more.
