Chairman CDA, Mr. Maroof Afzal elected as Chairman of Islamabad Horticulture Society Annual meeting of Islamabad Horticulture Society was held here under the chair of Iftikhar Ahmed Awan. Riaz Ahmed Bukhari presented the Annual report while Finance Secretary Captain Naseem Chaudhry presented the annual audit and accounts report of the society for year 2013. The members appreciated the annual report. After the meeting elections under the supervision of Chief Election Commissioner Dr. Shaukat Malik were held to elect new office bearers for 2014. Chairman CDA Mr. Maroof Afzal, Iftikhar Awan and Dr. Nadeem Abbasi were elected as Chairman, president and general secretary respectively of Islamabad Horticulture Society.
