Chairman Islamic Political party (jk) Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Naqash has said that people of Kashmir are perpetually struggling and supremely sacrificing for achieving the birth right freedom and international community has recognized their right to freedom through united nations charter on the principle of right to self determination. Though Kashmir is not averse to dialogue but it has bitter experiences of India’s unprincipled, intransigent and insincere Kashmir policy of betrayals and unfulfilled promises. Dialogue in past with India both by Pakistan and people of Kashmir proved wastage of time and energy. India was never sincere to dialogue on Kashmir and always aimed to undermine and curb the right to freedom of the people of Kashmir and mislead world. If at all India wants dialogue it should be tripartite to work out the modalities for ending illegal occupation and repression on Kashmir besides end to unabated brutal oppression at the hands of its more than seven lakh forces, nothing less than that. Naqash further said that international recognition of freedom right of people of Kashmir is detrimental to the colonial interests of India. So it wants to take recourse to dialogue to undermine this international recognition. As such instead of engaging for dialogue with India all pro freedom parties of Kashmir and the organizations and N G OS of international Kashmir Diaspora need to join hands to strive hard within their respective spheres to promote and further the case of freedom of Kashmir and also apprise and awaken international community about the brutal oppression by Indian forces in Kashmir in order to garner support for the freedom of Kashmir and end to brutal Indian repression. Naqash while paying glowing tributes to the pulwama martyr and all other Kashmir martyrs said that supreme sacrifices of of great martyrs will soon realize of mission of freedom ALLAH WILLING.
