Chairman Syed Ali Geelani said that Indian authorities are following a long- term project to change demographic status of state and termed proposed regularization of 20 migrant colonies a deep rooted conspiracy of State administration. Syed Ali Geelani stated that India as a part of its strategy desires to change population structure and take over Kashmir on permanent basis and for this purpose non-state subjects residents are being provided lodgings .Syed Ali Geelani said that National Conference, PDP, Congress and other pro-Indian political parties follow dictates of Delhi and added however, Congress Minister Mr. Raman Balla has been assigned the special job in this regard and at times he even surpasses the state administration. Friday ,Syed Ali Geelani said that, till 1947 ratio of Muslim population in Jammu was 85 percent and since the occupation of the state different methods were being applied to decrease this ratio and not only millions of Muslims were brutally massacred and equal number were forced to migrate to Pakistan and now the non state subjects are being allowed to permanently settle there. Syed Ali Geelani while castigating local political and ruling parties and added that they for the lust of power ,instead of showing any resistance ,extended their full support to Delhi . Syed Ali Geelani said that from Sheikh Abdullah to Raman Balla, all theses caused an irreparable damage to collective cause of state of Jammu and Kashmir. Reffering to the history ,Syed Ali Geelani said though people of the state provided full moral support to plebiscite front of Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah , however, while approving the Land Grants Bill ,stabbed the people in the back and added that it paved way and provided provision to grab state land by non state subjects. Hurriyat Chairman said that pro-indian politicians while providing their support to indian authorities to exploit state resources and also are trying to provide citizenship to non state subjects .Syed Ali Geelani while commenting over the active role being played by State Congress and Raman Balla, said however Omer Abdullah do provide his favors to Delhi government for their plans .Syed Ali Geelani said that it were Raman Balla and Tara chand who for said purpose had issued Dogra Certificate orders and also Mr Tara chand had proposed for legislation of property rights to people living in slums .While criticizing pro Indian political parties including state Congress and National Conference, Syed Ali Geelani said that these politicians instead to protect interests of state, are rather engaged in efforts to increase their vote bank and same sprit works behind the proposed regularization of these 20 unauthorized colonies. Syed Ali Geelani expressed his surprise and said , the meeting that was called for the purpose was attended by representatives of PDP,National Conference , Congress party ,Bhartiya Janta Party and added that though for the sake of power these parties nourish hostility against each other however fall down prostrate in terms when Delhi orders and directs to do and never mind about its negative impact on its demography and economical status of Jammu and Kashmir. We are monitoring the said situation ,said Syed Ali Geelani and added that we will try to provide details to people and aware them about its consequences. Syed Ali Geelani said that though authorities have imposed a ban on his political activities and have been confined to the walls of the house but “we reflect the wishes and aspirations of vast majority in Jammu and kashmir and added therefore we without any negligence would deliver our responsibility, said Syed Ali Geelani”
