This workshop you will help you gain a deeper understanding of what chakras are and how to awaken your awareness of them. This is done by a fun process of physically locating each chakra - Inner Asana! Then you will learn “Chakra Shuddhi” an ancient yogic meditation practice which you can do to tune up the vibration of your chakras daily. Our chakras are our inner programs that drive us in our daily life. As you tune in and tune up your chakras then your life will become more of what you want it to be rather than life just happening to you. It is possible to add this to your current meditation practice or if you do not have one it will be a good place to begin. Taught by Yogini - Frances Babb ERYT, PYT/APP, CMT 200-ERYT Yoga Alliance Teacher, Polarity Yoga Therapist/Massage Therapist “My whole life has been focused on helping others through bodywork and yoga.” I began my yoga training at the age of 15 and over the years I studied Sivananada Yoga and Iyengar Yoga in depth. I found that alignment of the body and mind creates health and frees up blocked energy. I continue to explore ways we can alleviate pain, stay strong, healthy and at peace. Studying with Glenn Black an Iyengar based yogi and physical therapist I gained extensive alignment based asana knowledge. Furthering my practice I studied the Tantric Kundalini Meditation practice and Tattwa Shuddhi/Mastering the Elements. After many years of yoga and meditation practice I have gained an understanding of the elements and how we are living expressions of each of the elements at every moment. Health is a result of the elements dancing together in harmony within us. When we are out of harmony we feel it. Some experience it as an imbalance structurally, emotionally, mentally or all the above. Yoga, polarity therapy and meditation practices all help to attain and maintain this harmony. Join me!
