Chamber Members! Are you interested in hosting a foreign-exchange student at your business?! The Yucai High International Department in Shenzhen, China is sending 14 high school students, ages 16-17 to the Rocklin/Sacramento area for two weeks. They will all be staying with local families. These students all speak English and are looking to eventually attend college in the United States. Our hope is to place them in job shadowing positions for all or part of the time they will be here. The students are mainly in the office to observe, but can do jobs around the office such as making copies, getting coffee, etc. Just as long as they have a chance to observe and answer questions. Their interests include: marketing; work with children; automobile engineering; art; law; IT/software; and hospitality management.
