Change. Thats the message bumping around in my mind on this Transfer Day. The winds of change are blowing fast and furious and we are standing rigid and unbending as a community. Forgetting that its our flexibility, our dynamism, or ability to bend and refashion ourselves that will ensure our future successes. The old rhetoric fueled by anger and hopelessness and blame and criticism MUST give way to a new paradigm of Thought and Creativity and Optimism and Intellect and Strength and yes even and especially Love. Those who came before us laid an amazing foundation. Time to get NEW tools to continue that awesome work. Change. Thats the whispering in the wind to the trees this morning and every morning. It really is the only constant in this life.
