Digging so deeply into social justice in an embodied way last weekend with Off the Mat, Into the World™ left me feeling deeply depressed, confused, and hopeless--yet extraordinarily inspired. I have felt paralyzed and overwhelmed by the profound levels of inequality and suffering in the world, but also extremely grateful for the privilege that I have been given to study, explore and feel these issues so deeply. After taking a couple of days to process and reflect it is time to get my ass into gear and start moving forward. Creating. Doing everything in my power to make sure that I can make a positive impact in the life of at least one person. To get uncomfortable and dig to the root of the issues to be able to create lasting systemic change. But I cannot do this alone. We must all be doing it together, knowing out individual strengths and coming together as a human team, of save our species and heal our mama. I invite you to join me in this conversation, this exploration, and to live fully in our capacity to build a better world. Let us all become Atlas, let us be the rain. We act as one. Because now, we are many.
