Change is the only constant .. 8 years ago I was honored to have been hired as the Team Leader – CEO for the Keller Williams Office in Fontana by Cheryl Skolnick, an amazing woman and the acting Operating Principal at the time. I hired 70 awesome agents and opened our new office. We were there for 6 months before the market shifted and resulted in all of us re-emerging back into the Rancho Cucamonga Office and closing Fontana Market Center. While the market crash hit so many lenders, brokers, agents and their families financially and emotionally it also gave me the greatest chance to serve and to remind each of those agents in my charge of their greatness. I coached them how to manage their emotionally energy in the midst of challenge and then supported them in the creation a plan of action along with new hope, motivation and perspective in an effort to move them through darkness to their goals and dreams. I am filled with humility and gratitude for this opportunity. Today I close that chapter and have moved from the my little office at Keller Williams Market Center with a little grief mixed with amazing appreciation for this incredible experience, for I have learned more than I taught, and received so much more than I have given. So to all of you who have sat across my desk, thanks for allowing me to serve and keep me in your prayers as I open the next incredible chapter in my life as a coach, trainer and mentor.
