Change is tricky...good but difficult...necessary but uncomfortable...emotional but manageable... Sigh! So in my week of change, let me ask the critical question that will make the biggest difference in how manageable & good this change will be for us. Do any of you know how I could get an excellent and experienced nanny? One who wont panic by a crying baby...and could understand meezans 3 year old englishified language? :D Hoping to meet a few this week. Even pointing out good nanny school would be helpful! Thank you friends & fam!
