Changed it to PUBLIC: Thanks for sharing Dear Friends, We have received a letter from the Government officials saying that we need to paint the walls, put mosquito nets, fix all electric items that are not working, do a lot of plumbing work for the toilets and kitchen, buy new mats and pillows for the children and many more things needs to be fixed within 10 days ready for inspection. If not, the children home will be shutdown. We have started some work already and praying to finish everything by the end of next week. We are also in great need for clothes, shoes, school supplies and more. Outside these expenses we have Christmas coming up next week. Christmas is very important for our children like any child because it is either because they are receiving a gift for the very 1st time in their life or have been waiting for this particular day for the whole year. I am going to buy their gifts on the 24th morning and will post pictures. Until now I don’t know how to cover all the expense but I know my God is faithful and has more than enough for us. Currently we have 104 children at the orphanage and it costs about $ 7/per child to get their Christmas gift and serve them delicious Christmas meal with dessert. We also give our staffs Christmas gifts, 90% of our staff do not have anyone to be called as family. We and the children are all they have. So, we usually buy them clothes and also give a monetary gift. I am requesting you to prayerfully consider supporting our missions in any way possible. Most of our children have moved on after finishing their education and they lead a good Christian life. Even now when we are in need of painters and plumbers we did not have to hire anyone. Our older children who have passed out of school and moved on have volunteered to come back and help us out. Praise God! Remember that you are making a huge difference in the lives you touch.
