Changing of the Guard One of the most important volunteer - TopicsExpress

Changing of the Guard One of the most important volunteer organizations at Juniata College is the Alumni Council. The Alumni Council consists of an elected body of Juniatas lead volunteers who serve as the voice of the Juniata College Alumni Association. The Councils purpose is to act as the official channel of communication between alumni and the College, including current students, faculty, and administration. It also works to create a network for, and provide support among, alumni and friends of Juniata through a variety of volunteer programs. The Class of 1964 is fortunate to be represented on the current council by Bill Chew. Bill’s three-year term will expire in June. But the Class of 1964 will still be represented on the council. Classmate Bonnie Wineland Crawford was recently selected to serve a three-year term starting in June 2014. Bill is on the Reunion Committee and responsible for several event, so he will be at the Reunion. The custom is to invite the new Alumni Council members to the June meeting, even though there first official meeting is in the Fall. So, I suspect Bonnie will attend the Reunion, but she has not confirmed that yet.
