Chapel Hill Creamery describes itself as "a small dairy farm and farmstead cheesemaking facility." While they claim the Jersey cows that they exploit have access to green pasture, some of the babies stolen from their "dairy" cow mothers are killed to become veal. However absurd it may be, they say the veal is "Animal Welfare Approved" - a label that is simply meaningless but serves to comfort the conscience of those who would like to live in denial while enjoying the anemic flesh of tortured orphan babies. chapelhillcreamery
