Chapter : 17 (“The LION KING”) ……That’s when I realized something about you…….”You were so LOVEABLE!......HUGGABLE! like a mischievous little boy who is up to something……” Dear La, I realized why you didn’t want to sit beside me......I make you sit still! heheheheh! In school, there are kids who are so hyper. They simply can’t sit still. They need to move around constantly, either they just had a bar of chocolate or they are simply above average that they need activities so as not to feel bored and to keep their super active brain cells preoccupied. You were the latter. You can do multi tasking……..thinking about your computation for your project proposal while talking to me……hmmmmmmpppp ( on the Next Chapter). Your body’s direction is towards the front/ monitor, but your head keeps turning everywhere. Hay naku! And, you just simply keep shifting your position here and there! Earlier, I had to literally hold you, or put my arm on your shoulder, or move closer to you so you didn’t have much room to move. Hahahhaa! But eventually, you learned to sit still like a good primary student with his hand folded on his table. Ha……ha! But that didn’t last long…….! You are you! You needed to move around! At least you tried! One fine PnK. You couldn’t sit still. You seemed to be looking for something or someone. I didn’t pay much attention, I was used to it. Then, you told me you needed to go to the wash room and it was an emergency. I let you go! You took so much time….It was already Break time and you haven’t come back to your seat. Hmmmmmmm! “Where is Big JM?” (there is another JM, Bro Bong’s son) I looked around the venue. There you were at the back most part, laughing so hard with Bro Tonio and the rest of the boys. GOTCHA! I stared so hard at you…..in my mind, I was telling you to look towards my direction and suddenly you did. Hahahahaha! You stopped laughing and you put on a straight face. And, woh! Suddenly, you stooped a little and clutched your stomach as if in so much pain and you gave me a grimace to complete the act. You pointed with your finger towards the Men’s room as you walked towards it in uneven steps just to show you really were in pain and you needed one more time to go on emergency. The dagger looks I gave you worked without you knowing that I was dying to laugh out loud! You were like a naughty boy caught in the act doing something mischievous! Hahahahahhahha! You were so Loveable, Huggable, so Cute!!!!!! Ang Kulit mo! Sobra! You came back to me after sometime and, not as a ROARING LION (Mufasa) but like a small “ZIMBA”. Hahahaha! I love “LION KING”. You started explaining……I cut you off…..i explained why I wanted you to sit beside me……like the baby, “Zimba”, I needed to make you understand……
