Chapter 29 Angel of Darkness As the team hurried up the flight of stairs they saw through the window a shadow of a lady with hair that’s in a bun. The Demon was also there with the Excalibur raised in front of him. “It’s too late angel, you’re mine,” said the Demon in a deep voice. The angel slowly lifted her head up grinning at the Demon, “You can’t catch me that easily,” explained the angel. The angel clicked her fingers; two other angels flew out of a dark corner and gripped on to the Demon’s arms, while removing the Excalibur from his right hand. “What should we do with him Cindy,” asked Daisy. Cindy was the queen of the Angels; she had green eyes, brown hair thats stuck up in a bun, bright rosy lips and a curved nose that had a diamond nose stud on the left side. She wore a beautiful long red dress that swooped along the floor, vanishing the angel’s feet and on top of her head was a silver tiara with shiny diamonds around the outside. The other two were Lily and Daisy. Daisy had pink curly hair with light brown eyes. Daisy doesn’t ware any makeup because she thinks it hides the beauty within side her. She wore a white sparkly dress that came to her knees, while Lily wore a dark purple dress that was even shorter than Daisy’s. That’s because she love to show off her beautiful pale skin to the guys within the village. While Cindy was thinking, Lily wanted to play with the Demon by wrapping her legs around him then, started to scrape her long pointy finger nails against the Demon’s chest that sent shivers down the Demon’s spine. “You must be so handsome underneath that armour, why do you disguise your looks behind all this metal?” questioned Lily. The Demon didn’t speak, all Lily could hear was heavy breathing. “Your throat seems tight. Let me sooth it for you and make you feel better.” Lily could see blood shot eyes inside the dark helmet staring deep into her eyes. She flicked her long wavy brown hair back then kissed the Demon on the chest with her bright purple lips, leaving sparkly purple lip gloss behind. The Demon fell in love with Lily by the instant their eyes connected and he held out his arms to wrap them around Lily. Lily smiled at the Demon; the Demon began to feel tensed because his body was locking into place, the Dark Demon couldn’t move a single joint within his body. “What have you done to me, I can’t move,” the Demon groaned. “I tricked you, so that I could give you a kiss but it’s not just a kiss it’s made of poison. The poison works around the body closing every blood cell that helps to work the muscles, when your muscles are not working then your joints start to lock in coursing your body to fail.” Daisy released the Demons arm that made him collapse to the ground. The Demon just lay there paralysed wishing that he saw it coming instead of being drawn into Lily’s love. “You know how to let a man down Lily,” said Cindy. “I know that’s how cruel I can get sister.” “No wonder the males don’t love you within this village,” Daisy said in a high pitched voice. Lily’s face changed colour as bright as a red tomato. “W…Well there is one who looked my way, his name is Sid.” “Who’s Sid? You didn’t tell me about him and when did you meet this guy,” Daisy asked in amazement. Sid lived in a palace that had guards protecting the outside gates and the inside just in case any intruders get in. They were a rich family having servants to make his bed, cook food and clean the laundry. Sid was a knight in shining armour that looked after the horses within the stable. Sid always visits Dash, Who was Sid’s friend. Dash had brown and white spots all over his body, a black mane travelling down the horse’s head with a black long tail swishing side to side trying to get rid of the flies. This is how Sid fell in love with Lily when they met face to face, though Sid had a shock of his life. Sid was a handsome guy, minding his own business, riding Dash through the deep forest. They were jumping logs and bushes seeing if Dash had the confidence to leap over the obstacles. On the way back towards the village Sid stopped by a deep river with a sparkling waterfall dropping from a great height. Sid stripped off the heavy armour and dived into the fresh water giving him-self a good scrub. Dash just trotted over to have a drink from the river, from all the effort he put into jumping hurdles. Lily was strolling along looking for some beautiful flowers within the forest, when she heard a splashing noise over by the river. Lily sneaked over to see what was going on. Lily quickly hid behind a green prickly bush spying on the guy, while she blushed. Sid swam over towards the waterfall. The cold water crashed down on top of his head, sending a cold sensation down into his brain. Lily sneaked around the bushes trying not to be spotted by the young gentlemen. Sid had pale white skin, a muscular chest with a six pack that stood out. Sid worked out day and night building up his strength ready for battle. While he was near the waterfall he did fifty push ups, fifty sit ups and one hundred bicycles to finish things off he lifted a huge rock twenty times. The sweat was pouring out from under his arm pits where he had shaved. He walked back over towards the waterfall to wash all the sweat away. As Lily started to walk off, she accidentally trod on a long branch that stuck out from underneath the bush. Dash neighed out loud, while standing on his two back legs. Sid turned around to find a beautiful angel staring into his eyes. Then her eyes started to travel down his body making Sid uncomfortable. He quickly covered himself up by placing his hands in between his legs. “I…I’m Sid.” “I’m Lily, sorry for bothering you but I heard a noise that came over from the waterfall, so I just came to check it out. Then I noticed it was you having a swim in the river. You’re a strong gentlemen Sid.” Lily shuffled her feet closer to Sid, while making eye contact. Sid started to heat up like he was about to explode. Lily wrapped her arms around Sid, while giving him a kiss on the cheek so that her poison doesn’t harm him. Soon they both fell in love, while making love under the sparkly waterfall. The wooden door burst open within the dome. The angels glanced over to find the Pandora Team racing inside but then stopped. Jasmine looked at the Demon, who was lying on the floor, “I thought you needed some help but it looks like you managed to stop the Demon yourself.” Lily laughed, “Of course, I have all the attention out of my sisters.” Ragz stared at Lily, No wonder, wearing short clothing.” Arthur began to burn up, while looking at the beautiful angels. “Daisy, take the Demon down to the cell before the spell ware off, Cindy asked. Daisy handed the Excalibur and took the Demon under her arm, while dragging him out of the dome. Something was hovering above the twilight sky spying on the village. It spotted the Dark Demon that was taken hostage by an angel. Daisy didn’t spot the creature within the air; she just kept on dragging the Demon towards the cell. The creature was an eagle, it swooped down and gripped onto the Demon’s armour and then flipped him on to its back, while taking flight. Daisy rushed back to the dome to tell the news that the Demon is about to escape. The eagle spotted the Excalibur calling out towards the Dark Demon. The eagle flew towards the window where Cindy was talking to Jasmine. Cindy had placed the Excalibur propped up against the wall nearby the window. The eagle gripped on to the Excalibur with its sharp claws and then flapped its giant feathery wings. Daisy enters the dome and shouted, “The Dark Demon is right by you!” Sandy loaded up her bow aiming for the eagle. The arrow shot out and swirled towards the bird hoping to injure it but somehow, the bird managed to catch the arrow between its long pointy beak and snapped it in two. The eagle was about to get away. Jasmine quickly summoned Six-One-Nine. “Jasmine I’m not fully charged,” Six-One-Nine crackled. “I know but we need your help. The Demon is getting away with that Excalibur,” Jasmine begged. “Let him go. We will defeat him when the time is right,” Six-One-Nine went back inside the crystal to rest. Cindy looked out of her window watching the eagle vanish within the distance, “I watched the battle you fought. You control these Protection Forces really well, somehow they trust you already but I think you need to show that youre worthy before you gain the angels of darkness. So here’s the plan, if you can gain the other Protection Forces, then me and my sisters would gladly join you. Jasmine agreed with the mission that’s been given, “How many of these creatures are there!” Jasmine asked. “Little girl that would be cheating but I’ll give you one question. We are all elements so if you know how many elements there are then you would know the answer. Cindy stepped closer towards Jasmine, “Let me have a look at your magic book,” explained Cindy. Jasmine handed over the book. “I see, the answer is right in front of you, you just need to look in the right place,” Cindy said softly. Cindy handed the book back to Jasmine. Jasmine stared at the page but all she could see was Falcon. “All I see are the colours of the rainbow,” Jasmine announced. “You silly girl their not just colours think!” shouted the angel. “Of course, red means fire, green earth and yellow lightning. Jasmine knew some of the elements but struggled with some. “So now that you understand what Falcon’s colours are, you can follow the elements on his feathers to find out, which elements are left. Looks like you still have a lot more to capture before you can stop the Dark Demon.” “I heard from Sid that theres a tower not far from here. It held a mysterious creature that could still be alive and it might be one of the Protection Forces. I will show you the way to Sid’s palace,” Lily said quickly. As they left the dome, the weather was still bucketing it down and the wind forcing the rain against their face. The rain felt like hard pebbles that have been thrown at them forcefully, so they sprinted down the staircase making their way through blocks of houses that were lined up in a row. They all just hurried through the street; not bothering to see what was for sale within the shop windows. The thunder clapped and the lightning struck within the clouds that made Rose tremble with fear, “Please go away, I don’t like it, I just want it to go away!” Rose shouted. There was a rumble above the clouds, all of a sudden a mighty flash brightened up the village with a boom echoing through the breeze. Rose began to cry, wet tears flooded the sides of her face, while she yelled at the top of her voice, “Stop…Stop!” The puppets wrapped their arms around the little girl trying to calm her down. Braxton’s face changed from being cheerful to an unhappy face because he could tell how scared Rose was when she heard the thunder and lightning. “It’s alright Rose, were with you, lets hurry to the palace to get out of this dreadful weather,” Braxton sobbed. Jasmine gave Rose a piggyback and hurried to catch the others up. Soon they came to a beautiful palace that had a sturdy brick wall to protect the people within side, a flower bed filled with colourful flowers. The palace was light blue with plain white arched windows covering the palace from top to bottom. As they approached the gate there were two guards in dark blue shiny armour and holding a spear in their right hand. “Who goes there,” the guards shouted, while blocking the entrance with their spears. “It’s me Lily, They have a question for Prince Sid.” The guards removed the spears and allowed them to approach the palace. When they arrived there was a huge wooden door with a black knocker in the middle of the door. Lily reached out and banged the knocker three times.
