Chapter 5 Lets meet the family shall we? But why does she look like my mother? why is this happening to us? this was a complete set back for us, we found ourselves sniffing, no one had the guts to ask any questions, there was even awkward silence. in a slow motion we returned to the car and drove off we couldnt help but wonder where our mother was, the thought of her depressed us, it was as though we were dreaming. there were a large number of possibilities, could she be dead? was she kidnapped? why wouldnt they just bring my mother back to us and claim their bloody price! no one broke the silence, we reached this big house, it had red stoeps I guess it was in fashion because almost every household had it. Shame they are good people and we were warmly welcomed. it felt like home instantly, apparently I had a cousin, she was the same age as me so I was happy I was going to level with someone of the same age and maybe intelligence
