Charge Nurse (RGN) Surgical / Medical Ward – Hospital Charge Nurse (RGN) Registered General Nurse - Surgical / Medical Ward - Hospital - Droitwich, Worcestershire - £30,000 per year You will be a Senior Staff Nurse / Charge Nurse, Registered General Nurse (RGN) with hospital experience seeking a permanent, full-time opportunity within a private hospital in the Worcestershire region. As Charge Nurse (RGN) you will be responsible for: - Day to day leadership and management of the service as directed by the management team - Staff development and training - Providing leadership to, and overall coordination for, the MDT/CPA processes - Compliance with established work standards, nursing policies and procedures and development/maintenance of new standards, policies and procedures. - Involvement in recruitment of ward staff. - Acting as a recognised resource for clinical issues to the nursing team. - Undertaking regular checks of work to assess output, quality etc, in order to improve quality of total patient care. - Monitoring infection control within the department.
