Charges: Breach of privacy, Moorooka Detectives have today charged a Moorooka man with six counts of breaching privacy under the Criminal Code. Police will allege that on numerous occasions over the past five years, the man recorded images of clients at his Moorooka business. It will be further alleged that the clients were unaware of this occurring and therefore had not given consent. A 42-year-old Moorooka man has been charged with six counts of observations or recordings in breach of privacy and will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court this afternoon.
