Charing 2 - 0 Troggs Deane,Price M.O.M - Littlewood-tribe Team - Littlewood-tribe - Lowman,Hagger,Peat - Stafford,Kelly,Cooke,Smith,Deane - Hatcher,Price Subs - Spicer,Marchant,JC This week Charing played Troggs at home, Troggs were charings first game of the season at there place back in august with troggs hitting a winner with the last kick of the game to win 2-1, Charing made a change to our formation and stafford and smith came in for the unavailable billett and mort from last weeks game against egerton, First half charing had most of the ball and we didnt give troggs alot to play with as we pressed them well , Charing had some chances to go 2-3 up but troggs keeper made some good saves to keep us out and it looked like missed chances would hurt us again the same as last week, Second half and it was much the same the three at the back and luke in goal done there jobs very well and didnt look in much trouble delt with whatever troggs chucked at us, the three in the middle of the park were working very hard together and won the battles all day, 60 mins in Josh hatcher made way for JC who went on the left and deane was pushed up top with byron to add more pace up there, it didnt take long for the first goal with deane collecting the ball about 30 yrds out and switched the play out to the right for stafford to run onto who then put a good ball into the box for deane to make a run and got on the end of it and put it past the troggs keeper to give us the lead from a well worked goal, Byron added the second to wrap the game up after the forward scored from just inside the troggs box with a good finish 2-0, Byron was then replaced by spicer who got some minutes under his belt after just coming back from injury and josh smith made way for marchant after a well earned rest from running his nuts off all game, Charing kept the ball well for the remainder of the game to see it out and give us all three points, Very happy with todays win and a clean sheet, the back three and luke in goal were solid all game, the three centre mids of terry,billy and josh worked so hard today and for terry and josh it has to be one of the best performances ive seen from them in a charing shirt so well played lads, the whole team deserves a pat on the back tho because we won,kept a clean sheet and didnt give troggs much of a chance to hurt us so well done all.
