Charity Donations......Did you know that when you are generously donating or bequeathing monies to your favourite charity..........and you tick the box saying that the recipient of your generosity should get the gift tax free........if you are a non tax payer IE:- living on a pension.........YOU the donor is responsible for paying tat tax yourself, not the Government as is often thought. As a tax paye you of course can claim your donation as an expense.......
